Plot
Springfield holds a secret town meeting in town hall which the Simpsons were not invited to. It turns out that the town wants to banish them. The unanimous vote sways against the family.
Leaving town, the family move into a rural area known as the Outlands. Everyone but Marge adjusts well. Homer decides to sneak Marge back to Springfield for a night, but they're caught. Marge realises just how much she prefers The Outlands.
Soon enough, Lenny and Carl want to join them in a simpler life, and soon, the entire town of Springfield wants to lead a new way of life in the Outlands. But it ends up going against what the Simpsons left town for in the first place.
