When caught in a nuclear explosion at the Nuclear Power Plant, Lisa gains the ability to blind people with her sax, which use uses on Bartman, while she's distracted, Bartman makes a run for it.

Clobber Girl Appearences: BABF01 - Treehouse of Horror X
When struck by a beam of radioactivity, Bart and Lisa are each given superpowers, Lisa gains super stength, Which she uses to beat people up for the sake of heroism.

Bartgirl Appearences: Bart Simpson Comics 2
Lisa enters a costume contest at the Springfield Convension Center dressed as Bartman, conincentally, Bart also enters the contest, (though not of his own will) also dressed as Bartman, funnily enough, it is Lisa who wins the contest not Bart.

After Bartzilla was done rampaging through Springfield, Robo-Sis came along and started to fight him, using eye lazers, and the Lard lad donut. It quickly turned out to be a role play that was stopped by Marge and did in fact, destroy the living room.

After given a sudden growth spurt by Dr. Collosus's Ten-inator, Lisa has a sudden sense of maturity. While Bart has to come to terms that everything he loves is gone, he rallies up a super hero team, which includes Lisa to bring everyone back to normal.

Lithium Appearences: Simpsons Super Spectacular 12
When Bart accidentally mixes the family laundry with a vat of mysterious liquid Professor Frink is working on that would create robotic copies of the DNA of those who was put into said vat, Robotic versions of the entire family are created, each with unique powers. Lisa's are based on Lithium, giving her robot the ability to walk on water. Homer at the same time does something similar at the power plant creating some sort of a mutant thing. Bartman, along with the robots agree to band together to defeat the mutant.
