Dark Lisa is the Dark Gaian counterpart to Lisa, and sister to Dark Maggie. Dark Lisa has many of the same traits as Lisa, she's smart, but unlike Lisa, Dark Lisa doesn't care about the environment, people or animals. In fact, she'd rather just wipe everything out. For some reason, though she allies herself with her siblings, she has a God Complex, believing herself that she is one of the chosen ones, and is a true god.

After the second defeat of Dark Maggie, Dark Bart, Lisa and Lucy made themselves known to their counterparts, with intent on reviving Dark Maggie to help them and defeat their counterparts together. They managed to start their process on destorying Springfield, creating an alternate 2016 for the kids to return to. When confronted by them again, Dark Lisa suggested that they should try to bring down their light counterparts from the inside and weaken the brains of the operation, which is Lisa, and somehow jumped inside her head, twisting her memories. Bart and Maggie went into Lisa's memories and set things right again by defeating Wrexsoul.

Dark Lisa has a single black wing, which somehow she can use to fly around at low altitudes. She fights by weilding a long sword, which bears a hook similar to Lisa's own Sisterhood sword. She also possesses the "Heartless Angel" ability, which can prove lethal. Dark Lisa prefers to fight physically so while Lisa has the ability to use Black Magic, outside of Heartless Angel, Dark Lisa possesses no magical attacks.
