After an Explosion at the Nuclear Plant, Homer gained the super ability to eat anything in sight even hard objects like metal and concrete. The explosion also caused Homer to develop a fighting instinct and he even attempts to eat Bart who Homer doesnt recongise due to his Bartman outfit.

While Lisa was being bullied by the Rich Texan in a Place Setting Contest, Homer wanted to help her, but he remembered that if he committed another felony, he would be arrested, so he found a way to hide his identity by becoming the Pie Man. He would fight for various injustices on behalf of Springfieldians, he was eventually found out by Mr. Burns and Homer had to pie innocent people, against his will, even himself. His last victim the Dalai Lama, but Homer, having enough, revealed his identity. No one believed him, thus allowing him to continue working under the Pie Man name, after that point, Bart joined him as his sidekick, The Cupcake Kid.

Gasritus is always hungry, and to supress his appetite he eats planets that dont have intelegnet life. First he summons the Silvery Skateboarder but all he does is cause mischief. The then summons The Hair Walker who feeds him low-carb planets. He then summons Mova who provides Gasritus with Planet Earth to eat.

When Professor Frink becomes a villain wanting to turn coal into diamonds, he creates a machine that can steal a persons age and make them younger. Pie Man and The Cupcake Kid come to stop him, but are knocked out of commission and Frink uses his device on the two, switching their ages. Now, The Cupcake Kid is older than Pie Man, and they reverse roles. Captain Cupcake, with the aid of Lisa comes up with a plan to get Professor Fink to restore their ages back to normal.

When conducting an experiment, Homer and Barney had to open all the doors and windows for ventilation only to discover that the TV had been stolen and a riddle left behind, to avoid punishment, and to go undercover to solve the case, he donned a bucket on his head. He couldn't see while wearing it, nor could Homer solve the case. Years later, the riddle would finally be solved by Bartman, The Special Kid's son.

When Bart accidentally mixes the family laundry with a vat of mysterious liquid Professor Frink is working on that would create robotic copies of the DNA of those who was put into said vat, Robotic versions of the entire family are created, each with unique powers. Homer at the same time does something similar at the power plant creating some sort of a mutant thing. Bartman, along with the robots agree to band together to defeat the mutant.
