Selma lies on the adoption form saying that Homer is her husband. Homer agrees to play as Selma's husband for Marge, the child that Selma adopts is Ling. It's later found out that Selma and Homer arent married, so the Chinese Government takes Ling back. The Simpsons devise a plan to take her back by force. But they later agree to allow Ling to be adopted to Selma as a single parent because Madam Wu was raised alone as well.
