Maggeena Appearences: MG13 - Space Patrol, Bartman Comics #5 & 6.
Maggeena was Lisui's spunky sidekick in an effort to save the world in a role playing game. Also, when a spraned ankle put Bartman out of commission it was upto Lisa the Conjourer and Maggeena to save Houseboy from Cranker, after Houseboy's rescue, the Great Superladies of Springfield join forces with the Bart Allegiance.

Brainbaby Appearences: Bartman Comics #3
After an explosion at the Nuclear Power Plant, Maggie was given a sixth sense of being able to communicate telepathically, since she still cant talk yet. She uses this power to aid Bartman and Radioactive Man into restoring Springfield back to normal. Maggie is one of two now-superpowered Springfieldians to not attempt to harm Bartman in anyway, the other is Milhouse.

Bouncing Battle Baby Appearences: Simpsons Comics #60
When Marge tells Strech Dude and Clobber Girl to take Maggie on one of thier journey's they visit the labs of Professor Frink where his unethical close allows Maggie to absorb some of their powers. Maggie then becomes Bouncing Battle Baby. She manages to foil Snake when he tries to rob the local bank.

Supersis Appearences: Simpsons Comics #111
When Bart tries to tutor Maggie about the wonders of the world he mixes in a story where Otto drives a tanker of Nuclear waste into the Simpsons Living Room and spills over Bart, Lisa and Maggie. Bart and Maggie each get superpowers and fly off to fight Space Pirates while Lisa is turned into a Star-Nosed Mole and digs in the front yard.

The Silencer Appearences: Bart Simpson Comics #37
Dr. Colossus's Ten-inator transforms the entire town of Springfield into ten-year-olds, Bart's uneffected and after losing everything he loves, he gathers up his immidiate family and some friends to fight back against Dr. Colossus to fight back, Maggie helps out in fighting back. According to Bart, she can also talk.

Magnesium Appearences: Simpsons Super Spectacular #12
When Bart accidentally mixes the family laundry with a vat of mysterious liquid Professor Frink is working on that would create robotic copies of the DNA of those who was put into said vat, Robotic versions of the entire family are created, each with unique powers. Maggie's are based on Magnesium, giving her robot the ability over fire. Homer at the same time does something similar at the power plant creating some sort of a mutant thing. Bartman, along with the robots agree to band together to defeat the mutant.
