When Maggie is nine, she is in the second or third grades as her birthday was never exactly revealed. We see her at nine in GABF12 - Future Drama where she is shown on a beach in a now thawed Alaska, and almost attacked by a Polar Bear as she sends a video postcard to Homer and Marge in Springfield. How Maggie exactly got to Alaska is unexplained. One can speculate that she's there on a school vacation, but this can be waived by the fact that she is alone on the beach.

Maggie is shown simply wearing a blue swimsuit. She also retains her traditional bow in her hair, which is of equal length to what Lisa's was at her age. It seems that she does not have her pacifier anymore, as a necklace or otherwise, but it could be that she simply doesnt wear it while swimming.

By the age of sixteen, Maggie's personality seems to have changed completely. By 2F15 - Lisa's Wedding she has returned to Springfield, she has taken up an interest in Motorcycles, and even has a trophy in her bedroom, she has also become quite a rebellion according to Dr. Hibbert, but she does have an incredible singing voice. Also, according to Homer, she never seems to shut up, and is always talking on the phone much to his annoyance. She also seems to be quite annoyed by Marge constantly reminding her not to talk with her mouth full.

Maggie is shown wearing a black T-Shirt, with a blue shirt over it with the sleeves rolled up. She has a brown friendship braclet on her right arm, she wears red trousers with black boots, she has her old pacifier around her neck as a necklace now, and her hair is much longer than when she was nine.

Later on she is shown at Lisa's Wedding as her sole bridesmaid where she is now wearing a dark blue dress with a lighter blue skirt, Maggie's old bow is in her hair for the formal occation. Maggie is also wearing dark blue elbow length gloves.

When Maggie is 31 in BABF13 - Bart to the Future, Maggie went into astronaut training (making her the second to do so, after her father) and when Lisa became the President of the USA, she was sent off into space as the Ambassador to the Moon, in a deleted scene, Maggie is seen communicated with two aliens with the "Live long and Prosper" sign. Maggie also had a baby girl, who is named after her, Maggie Junior, while Maggie is away on the moon, her grandmother, Marge looks after her, Marge comments that Maggie Junior is growing up quickly, much like Maggie herself.

Maggie is wearing a white space-suit with United States Markings, she has white boots, she also has white gloves to protect her hands from the vacuum of space, and a protective visor for her to see out of. Her hair isnt as long as it was in 2F15 - Lisa's Wedding and her bow is in there again even when not wearing a formal outfit. She sucks on the air hoses much like a pacifier, it makes the same sound too.

In an alternate future in Simpsons Comics #47 - The Rise and Fall of Bartholomew Simpson Maggie is shown in the hospital along with Homer, Marge and her husband Gerald, her former rival. Maggie does in fact talk, but generally, Gerald interupts her which she finds annoying, so much so, that she storms off in anger.

Maggie's hair is a little shorter in comparison to BABF13 - Bart to the Future's and follows the same format as she had when she was nine, her bow remains present. Her pacifier though, has been made into an earring, that or they are simply pacifier shaped. She wears a short blue dress with long sleeves, featuring a lighter blue skirt. The wears purple stockings and has light blue shoes similar to Marge's. Later on she is shown at Lisa's Wedding as her sole bridesmaid where she is now wearing a dark blue dress with a lighter blue skirt, Maggie's old bow is in her hair for the formal occation. Maggie is also wearing dark blue elbow length gloves.

Lisa noticing Homer's weight and constant overeating imagines the scene of his death. In 8F22 - Bart's Friend Falls in Love she visions Homer's funeral where he is weighed at 402 lb 1oz. Marge laments that she wished that Fried Cheese was never invented. The size of the grave is too small for him and the chain that's holding him starts to give unable to hold him much longer, it falls to the ground, chrushing the diggers who are widening the grave, but also Marge, Bart, herself and Maggie who were all fully grown up.

Maggie was shown wearing a black funeral dress with black short sleeves and a black hat and veil. She's also wearing small white gloves along with a white single-pearl necklace and white pearl earings, she is also wearing black high-heeled shoes. For some reason, Maggie is still sucking on the pacifier. Maggie's hair is of similar length as to what it was when she was nine, and this time her traditional bow is missing.

When he had two vending machines stuck to his arms in 1F03 - Marge on the Lam, he thought that he would have them there forever, as such he imagined what his life would be like if he they were there at some point in the future, that event being Maggie's Wedding. Maggie is marrying some unnamed groom, and as the two kiss, Homer proclaims free soda and candy for all and is somehow able to dispense them simply with the power of his mind.

Maggie is seen wearing a white wedding dress, with puffy white sleeves and a white viel with flowers in her hair, which still isnt any longer from when she was nine. She is also wearing light brown pearl earrings and a single-pearl light brown necklace. Again, she still likes to suck on her pacifier (which her husband doesnt find odd for some reason) and her bow still is in her hair still.

Later in GABF12 - Future Drama, Bart looks through other futures he could look at, these include Moe getting email, Flanders stabbing Homer with a sword, and Maggie getting a DUI.

Maggie is shown with hair similar to Lisa's normal design again. She is wearing a light pink shirt, with light blue trousers. Her bow is stil in her hair and like when she was nine, her pacifier is nowhere to be found.

Though not strictly Maggie herself, Maggie was shown grown up in LABF09 - Four Great Women and a Manicure, where she grew up to become a world fammous architect, she works in one of her own buildings where at the top is a day care center, which permits the creativity that Maggie herself was denied when she was a baby.

Maggie is shown with hair similar to her design in 2F15 - Lisa's Wedding though shorter, she also has a blue jacket which has a flower on the lapel, white shirt, a blue skirt and blue high heeled shoes, her hair bow remained in her hair, her pacifier is not shown at all.

Maggie makes another appearence as an adult in MABF01 - O Brother, Where Bart Thou where Bart wishes that he had a younger brother, but Marge tells him that she and Homer dont want anymore kids, and that even if they did, they could easily have another girl. Bart this visions Lisa, Maggie and an unnamed sister out shopping. Bart questions why they need so many clothes and the girls do nothing but laugh.

Much like in LABF09 - Four Great Women and a Manicure Maggie's hair is shorter than her 2F15 - Lisa's Wedding version, and still features her bow, she has pearl white earings and a short sleeveless blue dress with a white hemline, she's also wearing white toe-less high heels.
