Plot
After a riot breaks out at a local Spinal Tap (Christopher Guest, Michael McKean and Harry Shearer) Bart decides he wants to be a rock star. Homer and Marge buy him a guitar, but he's no good, Otto runs a test on it and he's really good, but when he ends up making the students late for school, Otto speeds there, and it is revealed that he doesn't have a license. Skinner fires him until he gets one. He fails, and he is evicted from his home and moves in with the Simpsons. When Otto proves too much for them, Otto goes back to the DMV and re-applies for the test, this time he passes because of his hatred with Homer.
