Plot For Bart's Birthday, Homer buys him a microphone. Which he uses to pull various pranks on Springfieldians. Including, tricking Marge into thinking that Maggie talked, that God is communicating to Rod and Todd Flanders. The biggest prank though is fooling the whole town at that a young boy, Timmy O'Toule who has fallen down a well, but the prank give revealed when Bart himself falls down there, when nobody cares, Homer digs Bart out himself, soon the whole town is helping out as well as Sting (voiced by himself)
