Plot Sideshow Bob is once against released from prison for the third time. Sideshow Bob (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) runs for mayor and wins in a landslide. He starts construction of a Matlock Express way which is intending to go straight over the Simpsons house. Bart and Lisa trap Sideshow Bob by revealing to a court that he did it fraudulently. Sideshow Bob is sent to prison for a fourth time.
