Plot When Springfield Elementary strikes Oil, Mr. Burns wants it, bad. Mr.Burns starts to take effect in peoples lives, he ruins the school by tapping their oil well, he destroys Bart's tree house and cripples Santa's Little Helper, who is the only one to be physically effected by Burns. He destroys, the Springfield Retirement Castle, forces Moe's to close, and most importantly, he cant remember Homer's name. At a town meeting where he blocks out the sun, he is shot my an mystery assailant.
