Plot Marge decides that to improve tourism Springfield should hold a film festival.Marge invites main-character from Al Jean and Mike Reiss's "The Critic" Jay Sherman (voiced by Jon Lovitz) as a judge. Various Springfieldians produce films, Mr. Burns is desperate to win bribes two of the judges, Mayor Quimby and Krusty, but it is down to Homer for the deciding vote, Homer wisely chooses Barney's film.
