Plot When Principal Skinner implements a new School Budget, the teachers goon strike. Bart and Lisa both start to act strangely. Townspeople step in to educate the kids, when Marge becomes Bart's teacher, Bart is bullied in school. Marge, Bart, Lisa and Milhouse lock Principal Skinner and Mrs. Krabappel in Principal Skinner's office to think of away to raise money, they do so by selling out their cloak room space to the prison.
