Plot
When Bart is to be hospitalized for Tonsillitis after eating a metal jagged cereal loop, Lisa finds Bleeding Gums Murphy (Voiced by Ron Taylor). He tells her about his past, and even jams with him before her recital, he gives her his sax. After the recital, Lisa is shocked to find out that Bleeding Gums has died. Lisa vows to make sure that the whole town knows of Bleeding Gums, but needs $500 to do so. With the $500 Bart made from the lawsuit against Krusty Co. he buys the album Lisa needed. She gets the local jazz station to play the album and Bleeding Gums is made very happy, and Lisa is made happy by being able to jam one more time with him over the closing credits.
