Plot When Former President George Bush moves across the street from the Simpsons, Bart makes regular trips to the Bush household and annoys them. When Bart destory's Georges memoirs, he spanks him. This leads to Homer and Bart pulling off loads of pranks against the Bushes. Eventually, George leaves Springfield.
