Plot When a bear wonders into Springfield, the Mayor Quimby blames the incident on immigrants. So he proposes that he deports all immigrants from Springfield. Everyone is for it, but after learning that Apu is an immigrant, the Simpsons try hard to help him pass the citizenship test, which he passes, and he manages to persuade everyone to vote no on the prop, but it passes anyway.
