Plot
To get back at Homer, Bart hires a Big Brother, Tom to take Homer's place. Out of spite, Homer gets a little brother, Pepi to take Bart's place, which eventually ends up in a fight between Homer and Tom, and Homer breaks his back over a fire hydrant. Meanwhile, Lisa runs up a $300 phone bill to a teen film star and must over come it.
