Plot At a school Parents Evening Homer and Marge learn of a way to be sterner with Bart. And at the same time Itchy and Scratchy hit the movie cinemas. When Bart is told to look after Maggie, which he doesn't do, Homer punishes Bart by not allowing him to view Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie. Homer stands firm and though he may not know it yet, in 40 years, Bart actually get to see the Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie, when he becomes Supreme Justice of the Supreme Court.
