Plot Homer has a heart attack, leaving him near death. He must get a triple bypass operation, but he cant afford it with Dr. Hibbert. However with Dr. Nick he can. But Dr. Nick doesn't know the routine, Lisa studies up and aids Dr. Nick through the process.
