Plot
During a snow day, the power to the Simpson house goes dead. Bart participates in a fake fashion show with Lisa and Maggie. Bart notices the sisterly bond that they share and gets jealous because he doesn't have a brother. Bart asks his friends on ideas on how to get Homer and Marge to get pregnant with another child, Nelson suggests tricking them with a Romantic dinner, but that fails. Milhouse suggests that they should watch a sex DVD, which also fails.

Bart consults with Jimbo, Dolph and Kearney who suggest getting rid of Marge's birth control pills. Marge catches him and Bart pleads with Marge for a brother. Marge says that three kids is plenty and even if they were going to try for another baby, it could easily be another girl.

Not risking it, Bart then goes to the local orphanage where they turn him away because he's only 10. Interested in having a brother, an orphan named Charlie (voiced by Jordan Nagai) follows Bart home and the two bond together. Bart takes Charlie to see Sever V, while Bart enjoys the movie, Charlie is scared by it.

On their way back, Chief Wiggum finds out and comes to take Charlie back to the orphanage. Charlie tricks Chief Wiggum and sprays his pepper spray in his face. Bart and Charlie hide from him in a snowbank where Lisa finds them and pleads with Bart to take Charlie back. They are then sealed in, where Bart and Charlie get them out by melting the snow by urinating much to Lisa's disgust. Charlie is later adopted, as Homer and Bart come to visit him. Homer noticing that Bart misses him, takes him to see a scary movie.
