Plot When a Cat Burglar starts taking peoples things, the town of Springfield sets up a Neighborhood watch, with Homer as leader. Homer and his gang start causing more crimes than preventing. When the cat burglar announces to Homer that he'll steal the worlds largest zerconia, Homer vows to guard the museum, that is until Homer finds underage kids drinking without a permit. With Grampa's help Homer tracks down the burglar and he returns all the items and he is then thrown in jail.
