Plot
In the third battle between Sideshow Bob and Bart, Sideshow Bob (voiced by Kelsey Grammer) starts to send threatening letters to Bart. The Simpsons soon discover that it's Sideshow Bob and he's been released from prison for a second time. The FBI places the Simpsons on a Witness Relocation Program moving the family to Terror Lake. Sideshow Bob follows them by riding under their car, Sideshow Bob continues to harass Bart, and when he makes his move to kill Bart with a machete, Bart asks him to perform the H. M. S. Pinafore where they drift to Springfield and Sideshow Bob is arrested.
