Plot
When Bart manages to score a perfect 100 on a test, Homer and Marge are forced to throw him a party, but it turns out rather crappy, and Lisa is constantly trying to lose weight after some teases from Janey, Sherri and Terri, so Marge starts doing things with Nelson. During the night Nelson's mother leaves town for Hollywood. Nelson moves into Bart's room. When Nelson becomes too much for Bart, Bart find's Nelson's Father in a circus freak show.
