Plot When Mr. Burns sees another Billionaire, Arthur Fortune win the crowed at the opening of his 112th Mega store, he decides that he wants that kind of adoration and enlists Homer's help. Many of the plans they try fail, eventually, Burns decides to fly to Scotland and bring back the Loch Ness Monster, in Groundskeeper Willie's home town. At the unveiling back in Springfield the flash bulbs from the press cameras cause Burns to go berserk and set the stage on fire, he learns that its much easier to simply be who he is, Burns gets the Loch Ness Monster a job in Las Vegas.
