Quickly, Homer and Bart become too much for her to handle, and with the help of the ghost of Lucille Ball, Lisa paints oatmeal green and paints it onto Homer and Bart's bodies. The two believe they have leprosy. Homer and Bart go to Flanders for help, and are sent off to Hawaii. Marge has recovered and Lisa reveals the truth and doesn't know where Homer and Bart are, they too also go to Flanders where they catch up with them, Lisa tells them that they didn't have leprosy, but they already know, Homer and Bart decide to put up with two hours of blinding pain to enjoy a free holiday in Hawaii.
