Plot When Hiking through a bird sanctuary, The Simpsons find a race track. A friendly driver gives them tickets to the race, even the Flanders' attend, and when the cheerleaders shoot waves of T-Shirts in Homer's direction, he dodges them and hit Maude Flanders, where she falls from the stands and to the tarmac below to her death. Homer decides to make Flanders a dating tape, Homer shows the tape to Flanders, and Flanders agrees that he should start dating again. Flanders questions God's move to take Maude away, and decides, not to go to church, but he quickly decides to go after all, he shows up in time to see a young folk singer, Rachel Jordan (voiced by Shawn Colvin), who he falls for, but they both that it is far too soon for him to start dating.
