Plot When driving to Larvae Lake, they are told that they cant go any further because the bugs are in charge now. They stop by an Indian Casino and Bart sneaks in, where he is taken to the manager, who tells him what his life will be like when he is 40.

Bart is a lazy, fat slacker who's always broke. After getting evicted from his apartment, he decides to move in with Lisa who is the newly appointed President of the United States, along with Homer and Marge who do the same. Bart keeps getting in Lisa's way, who's trying to bail the country out of some serious debt. Lisa comes up with a plan by getting Bart to go to Camp David and write a Coolness Report. As Lisa tries to negotiate with countries leaders (including the United Kingdom, Germany, France and China), Bart manages to convince them to go home and buys Lisa some time.
