Plot Lisa starts up her own babysitting business. But Marge worries she's too young, but when Flanders' needs Homer to babysit Rod and Todd, Lisa takes care of it and Flanders recommends Lisa all over town. When Homer and Marge go down to the Squidport, Homer and Marge make Lisa babysit Bart and Maggie. Bart is infuriated. When Homer and Marge leave, Bart gives Maggie coffee flavour ice-cream making her go hyper, Maggie keeps Lisa busy and Bart makes a series of pranks. When Bart refuses to go to bed, Lisa lunges at him and knocks him down the stairs, breaking his arm. To make his injuries worse, Bart knocks his head on the door and results in knocking himself out cold. Lisa tries to get Bart to see Dr. Nick but there is a long line, Lisa then heads off to Shelbyville to get him treated, but Bart breaks the roadside barrier and rolls down to the Squidport where Homer and Marge are. The townspeople are shocked but still gets to babysit.
