Plot
When Homer is forced to take out the garbage is somehow manages to get his service cut off and the garbage starts to build up in a pile on the lawn. One day, Homer then discovers that his entire pile is gone, claiming victory until he discovers that Marge signed a note of apology in Homer's name, in the end, Homer runs for sanitation commissioner, offering services like Car Washes, Homer wins a landslide. Homer then goes to spend a years budget in a month, and has to take a drastic action as to allow other cities to dump their garbage in a Springfield mine which then causes the town to move the entire town five miles down the road.
