Plot At Principal Skinner's 20th Anniversary Party as Principal, the town learn that he is a fraud, when the real Seymour Skinner shows up. "Principal Skinner" reveals his true name to be Armin Tamzarian, he learns that he doesn't really have a place in Springfield and returns to his old life in Capitol City as a no good street punk. But when Springfield doesn't take much like to Sargent Skinner, The Simpsons, Jasper, Agnes Skinner and Mrs. Krabappel go to Capitol City to get him back, and send Sargent Skinner back out of town tied to the back of a train and Armin is officially given the name Seymour Skinner.
