Plot When Homer waits until the last minute to fill out his tax forms, he is made to work for the FBI for immunity against IRS Prosecution. Homer is given an assignment to go into Mr. Burns' mansion and find a trillion dollar bill that was supposed to reach France at the end of World War II. Homer finds the bill and as the FBI rush in, Homer snatches Burns and along with Smithers, they flee to Cuba. To ask Castro to buy Cuba, he says its not for sale, but wishes to see the bill anyway, when Burns gives it to him, its gone. Floating on a make shift raft, Burns will just bribe is freedom back.
