Plot When Mr. Burns tries to withdraw $1000 from an ATM it blows away in the wind and lands in Milhouse's hair where Bart claims it. He puts it on display in his treehouse and makes a museum out of it, where he claims $3000 in profits.

Lisa tells Bart to spend it on a vacation for Marge. Grampa wants to go to England so that he can find an old girlfriend of his from 1944. Bart agrees.

At Heathrow airport, the Simpsons are greeted by Tony Blair (voiced by himself) who gives them some tourist attractions in London. While Grampa is phoning around for Edwina, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie tour London. Renting a car, Homer busts through the gates of Buckingham Palace and smashes into the Queen's cart. Homer is sent to court, and thus imprisoned in the Tower of London. Lisa tires to help him escape but it comes out in the Queens chamber.  Homer and the Queen come to an agreement that Homer can return home as long as he smuggles Madonna into America.

As they are about to leave Edwina gets Grampa's message and introduces them to Homer's half-sister Abby.
