Plot
When Homer befriends a new Security Guard at the Power Plant, Wayne, he invites him to Moe's for a beer, but Snake tries to rob the bar, and Wayne saves the day.
The next day, Wayne is given an award by Mr. Burns, but he has a flashback and reacts violently to Burns. Costing him his job. Homer invites him to stay at Bart's treehouse where his violent flashbacks continue.
News of what happened to Burns is leaked to one of Wayne's Enemies in Ukraine. The Ukrainian enemy kidnaps Homer to provoke Wayne. Wayne comes to Homer's rescue. He tries to leave Springfield noting that he can't say in one place. But Marge offers him a place where he can indeed stay, the DMV.
The results of NABF15 - The Ned-liest Catch's vote regarding Nedna is confirmed to be pro. So the two remain together.
