Plot When Bart finds a three eye's fish in the waters near the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, an inspection team is sent from the Government to inspect the plant, however, Burns tries to bribe them. Not falling for it, Burns is told to make the repairs or be closed down. Homer tells Burns that he was Governor, he could do what he wanted, so Burns runs for office. Burns hires a team of people to help boost his public image, and makes a commercial about the fish, saying that its a miracle of nature and that three eyes are better than two. Marge, backing Mary Bailey, Burns's opposition, refuses to allow Burns to come into their home for a publicity stunt. Marge serves up the three-eyed radioactive fish to Mr. Burns, but he cant swallow it and sinks the campaign for Mr. Burns.
