Plot When Bart and Milhouse trash the school by turning a valve in the Steam Tunnels, Bart is to be enrolled into Upward Bound in Oregon. While at the same time, Moe takes the barflies to Las Vegas. But because Bart is on the No Fly list, Homer has to drive Bart to Upward Bound himself. While on the way Bart causes more pranks, but when Homer does finally leave Bart at the camp, Homer starts to miss him and drives back, and takes Bart to Vegas, in the end, it ends up with only Lisa and Maggie living at home because, Homer and Bart are in a Nevada state prison, and Marge is in prison for selling Homer's prescription drugs.
