Plot Marge forbids Bart to join the army after signing up. Marge sends Homer down to the recruitment center to have Bart's contract cancelled, he instead signs up. Homer leaves, and after testing, he is assigned to help test out some of the army's weapons. The Colonel (voiced by Keither Sutherland) follows Homer throughout the town and invades Springfield looking for Homer. When Marge calls everyone up, they dump all their liquor into the towns water and get the army drunk. Marge takes on the Colonel and he surrenders.
