Plot On a Field Trip into the Devil's Anvil, Lisa gets attacked by Scorpions, in terror she flees into a field of Springfield Silvertongues, there she discovers that the hostile Scorpions are docile. On the way home, Grampa is kicked out of the retirement castle and has to move into the house.

Lisa shows Homer her discovery, which he sneaks into Grampa's coffee to make him less grumpy. Lisa gets rid of the drug, and Grampa becomes grumpy again, at Moe's, Homer meets a pharmacist, who says he can replicate the drug, successfully.

Bart sells off some of the prototype pills, before the main side effect of the drug is found, which is the eyeballs popping loose. The Pharmacist decides to discontinue the drug.

The living room is replaced by a computer screen of The Simpsons: Couch Gag Game. At first the Character select screen contains five Homers. Player 2 selects Marge, 3P selects Bart, 4P Lisa and 5P Maggie. The game is started and the family run to the couch, where a Game Over is displayed.
